MINIMUM ORDER

INVOICE TERMS
Net 30 day from day of pickup or
shipment.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancelled orders will be billed for all labor and material costs incurred. A
credit for any stock items not imprinted will be issued with a 25% restocking
charge applied. If an order is cancelled or changed during or after production
and prior to shipment, you will be responsible for all cost incurred up to the
date of cancellation or change.
RETURNS
Authorization for the return of
material must be obtained prior to return of material.

this website are approximate. Prices, specifications and terms are subject to

TRADEMARKS
1st Place Trophies & Engraving assumes that the authorization for use and
reproduction of any and all trademarks has been transferred to 1st Place
Trophies & Engraving by the Customer. 1st Place Trophies & Engraving assumes no
responsibility in copyright or trademark disputes.

Each item is individually wrapped.
PRICES
Prices listed in this website are subject to change without notice. Please
contact us for current pricing.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production time is the period after artwork approval and factory ship date.
Large quantities and the time of year may require extra production time. Repeat
orders require the same normal production time. We assume no responsibility for
any delays caused by common carriers. Standard production time for products is
2-3 weeks. Please check with us for the timing of your specific order.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush charges apply to orders required sooner than the normal production time.

Service Department to confirm ship date availability and charges.
SAMPLES-PRE-PRODUCTION
Billed at the one quantity price. If the sample is approved without changes, all
charges will apply to the final production order.
SETUP CHARGES
Some setup charges may apply, please contact us. Charges for logos on
trophies, plaques, or ribbons is $40 (one time charge)
SHIPPING
Normal shipping charges will apply on all orders shipped, unless otherwise
predetermined and will be added to your invoice.
TYPESETTING
Fees may apply

1st Place Trophies &
Engraving honors and stands behind all of it's products. If for any reason, you
are unhappy with your order, contact us at 715-845-3580 or toll free
1-800-842-1186 for a return authorization. Credit will then be applied to a
Customer's account.
